I had to laugh today and wanted to share it with you. Friday after work I packed some coolers for a weekend hunt with my son. Sadly no animals were killed so the ice was not needed. Monday after work I decided to empty the bed of my truck and in the so called “max” Igloo I had 5 bags of cool water, yet in my 6 year old FrigidRigid I had 95% + of the same 5 bags. This is after 3 full days in the Florida sun. As you know I have been a big fan and promoter of your products over the years and this is yet another reason why. Keep up the great work and I promise, once this one wears out I will buy another one, but from the looks it that won’t be for at least another 6 years. All the best to you and your employees.

I was compelled to write you to provide feedback to your company. Back in about 1990 or 1991, I purchased a Frigid Rigid custom sized cooler from (if I can remember correctly) a nice older couple that were selling them new at the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show. At that time I was a sport fishing captain running a 58' Monterey Sportfish out of Stuart, FL.
The cooler was a 21" w x 15" d x 15" h smaller personal cooler. I purchased it at the end of the show and it may have been a smaller custom size than now offered due to they had to transport to the show. Regardless, it is now 2013 and the cooler is still with me and going strong. It has provided me endless days of use, keeping ice and drinks cold through many venues. It has traveled with me duck hunting to Arkansas and Mississippi, in my truck on my farm in the endless Georgia heat, as well as trips back home to New Jersey. It is a constant fixture with me riding in the bed of my truck. I just thought it would be an interesting information and feedback to the company for you to know that one of your older coolers is still alive and functional and still in service.
Thanks for such a durable product. I have enclosed pics for your entertainment.
